Come join us for 108 Sun Salutations on June 21st, with all proceeds going to Flourish. All are welcome, so bring a friend! The practice takes roughly 90 minutes, and you are welcome to rest where needed ... child's pose is our best friend.😉 After class there will be tea, chats, and pastries.
