Come celebrate the Summer Solstice & International Yoga Day with us. Come join us for 108 Sun Salutations on June 21st, with all proceeds going to Flourish. All are welcome, so bring a friend. You will be led in practice by teachers from the Sligo Community. The practice takes roughly 90 minutes, and you are welcome to rest where needed…childspose is our best friend. After class there will be tea, chats, and pastries.
